DMC Oslo has partnered with DMC Helsinki, Royal DMC, and BeyondRelations under the name EU DMC. This alliance provides all our clients with local presence in all capitals.

DMC Oslo, together with DMC Helsinki, Royal DMC, and BeyondRelations, has established a new Nordic alliance under the name EU DMC. The alliance brings together locally rooted DMCs in the Nordics and enables planning and executing trips across the Nordic countries, with local presence in all capitals.

The collaboration has been established to meet the increasing demand for Nordic round trips, multi-destination programs, and projects that require close coordination between several countries. Through EU DMC, local destination expertise is combined with a shared structure and methodology, allowing customers to experience the journey as a cohesive whole regardless of the number of countries and destinations.

How We Will Work

The core of the EU DMC collaboration is that each agency has full responsibility for content, suppliers, and execution in its own country, while projects are coordinated across borders.

To ensure seamless collaboration, the alliance uses R24K as a common booking system and project platform. This allows the different offices to work on the same project, share programs, updates, and changes, and contribute local content where the travel actually takes place.
The result is better oversight, clear division of responsibilities, and smooth execution.

The Agencies in EU DMC

DMC Oslo

DMC Oslo is the Norwegian representative of the alliance and is based in Oslo. The agency specializes in tailor-made group travel and multi-day programs in Norway, including fjord and western Norway trips, logistics, and coordination of larger groups.

DMC Helsinki

DMC Helsinki represents Finland in EU DMC and has a local presence in Helsinki. The agency has extensive experience with both city programs and nature-based experiences, including Lapland and Arctic destinations.
