Our History and Focus
DMC Oslo was established in 2024 in connection with a project where we managed over 330 guests across Southern Norway. The project gave us early experience with demanding logistics, complex route planning, and coordination of large groups, laying the foundation for the way we work today.
We specialize in group travel with Oslo as a natural starting point, where we know the suppliers, routes, and logistics down to the details that make a trip successful in practice. From here, we create complete programs to the fjords, mountains, and cities throughout Norway or to the other Nordic countries.

We assist with the planning and execution of group travel with Oslo as a natural starting point. Below are some of the areas we typically help with.
Complete Group Travel
We create comprehensive travel programs for groups of approximately 20 people and up. We arrange everything from efficient fjord tours to more extensive round trips in Norway, starting from Oslo.
Customized Travel Arrangements
We tailor routes, pace, and content according to the group's purpose, interests, and parameters. For smaller groups, we primarily work within the VIP segment with more exclusive arrangements.
Transport and Logistics
We take responsibility for buses, route selection, timings, and coordination between multiple suppliers. The goal is smooth flow for larger groups, without compromising the experiences.
Accommodation and Meals
We recommend and book hotels and meal arrangements that can handle larger groups, with the right standards and capacity. For VIP groups, we can set up more exclusive options.
Oslo Experiences and Programs
We create complete Oslo programs with sightseeing, activities, dinners, and fjord cruises. This can either be carried out as a standalone project or as the start or end of a larger group arrangement.
Travel in the Nordics
We collaborate with local offices in the Nordic capitals and coordinate travel that spans multiple countries. Each of us handles the execution in our own country, while DMC Oslo can be the main coordinator if you want a single point of contact for the entire trip.
